Is the consultation free?
Yes. Send photos on WhatsApp or through the form and our team replies with a recommendation and an estimate.
Why can't you give an exact price from photos?
Photos show a lot, but condition, material and size are confirmed in person. The estimate comes first, and the final price is confirmed after inspection.
Where do I drop off my item?
At Grand Indonesia or STC Senayan, or at our drop points in PIK, Kemang and Meruya.
Can you promise my bag will look new?
We don't promise results before inspection. We explain what each treatment can and cannot do for your item before work starts.
Do you work on Hermès?
Yes. Hermès pieces receive our Premium handling, with extra care given their value and risk. Send photos for a Premium estimate.
