Most people who contact us are not sure what their bag needs. Is that worn corner a cleaning job or a colour job? Can a peeling handle be saved? That is what our free bag consultation is for. You send photos, we look at them, and you get a recommendation and an estimate before you commit to anything.

Step 1: Send us photos

Send your photos on WhatsApp or through the photo form on our contact page. Good photos lead to a more accurate estimate, so try to include:

• The whole bag from the front and back, in daylight
• Close-ups of the problem areas: corners, handles, straps, stains
• The inside and lining, if it needs attention too
• The hardware, if clasps or chains have tarnished

A short note on what bothers you most about the bag helps as well.

Step 2: Get an estimate on WhatsApp

Our team reviews the photos and replies on WhatsApp with the treatment we recommend and an estimated price. Every treatment has a starting price, from Rp250.000 for Polishing or Coating up to Rp800.000 for a full Recolor, and repairs are priced case by case. The free bag consultation costs nothing and there is no obligation to go ahead.

Step 3: Drop off your bag

Bring the bag to one of our locations in Jakarta. Our official stores are at Grand Indonesia and STC Senayan, and we have drop points at HYPE Priority PIK, Kemang 88 @ Decades and Meruya @ Hypequarters Kick Avenue.

Step 4: In-person inspection

Photos cannot show everything, so every piece is checked by a person before work begins. We confirm the treatment and the final price with you before any work starts. If something looks different in person, we tell you first.

Step 5: Treatment and pickup

Your item is treated by our specialists. Timings depend on the treatment, from 1–2 working days for Cleaning to 4–7 working days for a Recolor. We message you when it is ready to collect.

Questions people ask before a free bag consultation

Do I have to bring the bag in first? No. Photos are enough to start, and the estimate comes to you on WhatsApp.

Can the price change? Prices are starting points and may be adjusted for the item’s condition, material and size. The final price is confirmed at inspection, before work begins.

Is it only for bags? We also care for wallets, shoes and other leather goods.
